01 · Starting point

The Challenge

Precision electronics production depends on stable, clean compressed air for SMT, injection moulding, testing and pneumatic fixtures.

The client required lower energy use without compromising pressure stability or production continuity.

02 · Integrated response

The Solution

The project combined two-stage permanent-magnet variable-speed compressors, efficient air treatment, piping and heat-recovery equipment.

A digital station system added demand-based control, remote visibility, alerts and maintenance reminders.

03 · Verified outcome

The Results

The documented station recorded a 38% reduction in energy use with estimated annual electricity savings above RMB 1 million.

Pressure fluctuation was controlled within ±0.01 MPa and the source reports a 90% reduction in operations and maintenance workload.

Results are specific to this anonymous confirmed project and are not a general performance guarantee.
